ART AT AKA
The original brick walls and warehouse feel to AKA mean it’s a great space for showing art, and more often than not you’ll find there’s an eye-catching exhibition on the wall for you to contemplate whilst you’re sipping on your drink. Whether it’s black and white photography, surreal paintings of urban London, local artists we like, or a variety of sketches and paintings submitted by a collective like the recent Volume Magazine exhibitions, our aim is to seek out new artistic talent to show in the bar. We’ll usually hold a launch party for each exhibition too, so keep an eye on our ‘What's On’ section for upcoming events.
